  • How long does it take to review and download my images?
    Images are available for review and downloading within 24 hours of the photo session.
  • How will I receive my images?
    All images will be sent to the email you provided via Pixieset. Each email will include a list of instructions along with a downloading PIN that allows for full access of collection.
  • How do I make a payment?
    You will be required to make a %50 deposit at time of booking and full payment is due prior to downloading PIN being released. Invoices will be sent via PayPal to the email you provided at time of member's registration or booking.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    Weather related cancelations and rescheduling will be placed on top priority of photographer's schedule. All cancellations happening less than 24hrs before booking due to the following, will incure a %50 charge of the total booking fee (deposit). The deposit can be credited to account and used for rescheduling or a future session. Space is messy and not photo ready and client decides not to photograph. Owners or agents do not allow entry to photograph or are not at location (NO SHOW). Photographer is not allowed entry to the building or space due to lack of planning or negligence (not arranging before hand…etc) Customer is unable to arrive to the scheduled appointment due to traffic or other reason without calling to update the photographer (greater then 30 min delay). Space is messy and requires more then 30 minutes to be prepared for the photo shoot forcing cancellation.
